High School Strength Program
This program is designed to purely increase the strength levels of each athlete. The teaching of proper technique and form will be a big focus, in order to achieve this goal, while doing it safely. Nutrition is a primary component to the success of performance training. The body will only produce results to the level of what it is being given. Proper nutrition is more important than the training itself, as it relates to this program. Accountability and commitment are what will produce results and allow each athlete in this program to reach their goals. This program has been tested and proven with high school, collegiate and professional athletes. TIME TO GET TO WORK!
