Terms and conditions for PT 1-on-1 (1 Session) - Non-member

Personal Training

All appointments are 60 minutes in duration and are docked as a single appointment. If, for any reason, the client's account is past due or payment is declined, an additional $25 service fee is payable on or before the client's training session. Any and all personal training purchases become active after the client's arrival at the first appointment. Once active, all personal training appointments/packages are non-refundable and will expire in six (6) months. Any appointments not used will not roll over or transfer to another package. If the client takes a break then returns, within the 6 month time frame, to find their trainer is no longer an employee, the client may complete their remaining appointments with another coach. There will be no refund. If the client chooses to book a reoccurring appointment, he / she is only locked into that time-slot for the amount of appointments purchased. Unless the client renews with another package, they surrender that time-slot when all the sessions have been used. All cancellations and rescheduled sessions must be done so by the end of facility hours the prior day unless serious injury or illness occurs on the day of the session, which will need to be proven by a doctor's note. Failure to show or give notice will result in the appointment being docked as a "no show’. After two (2) "no show" appointments, DEFH will remove the client from the schedule, if any future appointments have been booked. If the client is going to be late, they are required to call DEFH to notify them. DEFH trainers/coaches are only required to wait 15 minutes. After such time, the client will be docked for a "no show" appointment. Any appointment starting late will still end at the regularly scheduled time.
